Choose a session or tell me about the project you have in mind. Straightforward portrait sessions can move directly toward booking, while larger or custom projects may benefit from a conversation first.


02. BUILD THE PLAN

When planning is needed, we’ll work through location, creative direction, timing, shot priorities, and deliverables.


03. CREATE

During the shoot, I’ll provide direction when needed while leaving room for genuine moments, personality, and unexpected ideas.


04. FINAL IMAGES

Your carefully edited final images are delivered through a private online gallery, ready to download, share, or put to work.

THE INVESTMENT

 

Portrait and family sessions start at $300. Branding, commercial, product, and event photography is quoted individually based on the scope of the shoot, creative needs, location, coverage, and final deliverables.


Displayed prices do not include Arizona transaction privilege tax. An 8.8% Arizona TPT charge is automatically applied to payments collected for the session. Studio-session prices cover photography and listed deliverables; studio rental and related third-party charges are quoted separately and paid in advance. MLVisions is based in Goodyear, while included on-location travel is measured within 30 miles of central Phoenix. Travel beyond that radius, parking, admission and permit costs are quoted before booking.

Straightforward portrait sessions can move directly toward booking. For branding, commercial, product, and event work, start with your project details so I can recommend the right approach and prepare a tailored quote.

1. Do you travel for destination shoots?

Absolutely. Travel within 30 miles of central Phoenix is included. For locations beyond that radius, I’ll add mileage or provide a custom travel quote based on the destination. I’m also available for sessions and events throughout Arizona, across the U.S. and internationally. Tell me where your vision takes us, and we’ll build the logistics into your proposal.

2. Do you help with planning our session?

Yes. We start with a conversation about what you’re creating, who the images are for, and how you want them to feel. I’ll help with location, wardrobe, timing, posing, and creative direction, so you never have to arrive knowing exactly what to do. The goal is a session that feels comfortable, intentional, and unmistakably yours.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

A 50% non-refundable retainer reserves your date and is applied to the total. The remaining balance is due no later than the session date. You may transfer the retainer once by requesting a reschedule in writing at least 48 hours before the session; the replacement date must fall within 90 days and is subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session, and no-shows, forfeit the retainer. If weather, unsafe conditions or an emergency prevents the session, we'll choose a new date. If I cannot perform or offer a reasonable replacement, payments received will be refunded.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes. One-hour portrait sessions include 15 professionally edited, high-resolution JPEG images and matching social-media-sized copies; two-hour portrait sessions include 25. I select technically and artistically suitable images for a private proof gallery. Your selections are due within 14 calendar days. Final edited images are ordinarily delivered within 3–10 business days after I receive your selections and all amounts due are paid. Prints, wall art and albums may be added. RAW and unedited files are not included.

5. Is hair and makeup included?

Hair and makeup are not included unless they’re listed in your proposal. I can recommend or coordinate trusted artists, and any artist or studio costs are added based on your needs.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely. Send inspiration before the session and tell me which poses or shots matter most. I’ll use them as direction while adapting the lighting, location, and posing so the final images still feel natural and true to you.

7. Can I use the images for my business or advertising?

Personal sessions include personal-use rights. Branding, product, and commercial use depend on the license and scope in your agreement. Tell me how the images will be used before the session so your proposal covers the right deliverables and usage.

8. When will I receive the final photos?

Proofs are shown or delivered first, and your selections are due within two weeks. Editing begins after I receive your choices. Your agreement or proposal will state the final delivery timeframe for your session.
