ONE-HOUR PORTRAIT EXPERIENCE
One hour on location, 15 professionally edited high-resolution images with social-size copies, pre-session planning, wardrobe guidance, posing direction, one location within 30 miles of central Phoenix, up to five participants, one outfit change as time permits, private proofing gallery and personal-use print release.

BRANDING & PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY
Branding and product projects are custom quoted according to creative direction, production needs, location, usage, deliverables and whether the work is one-time or recurring. Studio rental, styling, hair and makeup and specialty production are quoted separately when needed.

EVENT COVERAGE
Event coverage is custom quoted according to coverage time, location, schedule, guest count, image-delivery needs and usage. Corporate meetings, leadership summits, celebrations and other events receive a tailored proposal.

FAQ
Can my session be customized?
Yes. The one-hour portrait experience is the starting point, and the final proposal can be tailored to your goals, participant count, location, image needs and production requirements.
How far in advance should I reserve?
Booking early gives us the best choice of dates, especially for weekends, events and projects that require a studio or additional production. Your date is reserved after the agreement is signed and the 50% non-refundable retainer is paid.
When does editing and delivery begin?
You will receive proofs first. Selections are due within 14 calendar days after the proofs are delivered or shown. The editing and delivery timeline begins after your selections are submitted and all amounts due are received.
What costs may be added to my proposal?
Studio rental is not included in the session price and is quoted according to your needs. Hair and makeup, permits, admission fees, specialty equipment, additional participants and travel beyond 30 miles of central Phoenix are also quoted separately when applicable.
